Feluda.ai is operated from the Netherlands by Reza Rafati and Adrianus Warmenhoven, both residents of the Netherlands. The platform is currently in its alpha stage and evolving rapidly. By purchasing access, you agree to the following terms:

Digital Product Terms

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for digital plans or content.
• This applies regardless of usage, compatibility, or feature availability.
• Access to paid tiers or genes is granted instantly upon successful payment.
• You acknowledge that Feluda.ai is under active development — features may change.

EU Legal Basis

This refund policy complies with EU Digital Content Directive Article 16(m), which allows exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital goods delivered immediately with user consent.
