Most AI tools prioritise speed and novelty. Feluda.ai prioritises control. We build desktop-first AI automation that runs on your machine, keeps your data local, and gives teams the governance, traceability, and reproducibility they need to deploy AI in real-world environments — from cybersecurity operations to enterprise compliance.
Why We Built Feluda
After years of working in cybersecurity — responding to incidents, hunting threats, advising governments and enterprises on national security — we saw the same pattern repeat: organisations wanted to use AI, but the tools available pushed them toward cloud-only workflows with opaque data handling, no audit trail, and zero governance.
We knew what "secure by design" really means — we'd spent decades building it for networks, intelligence platforms, and critical infrastructure. So we built Feluda: a desktop AI platform where every action is logged, every secret is encrypted in your operating system's secure vault, and no data leaves your machine unless you explicitly allow it.
Feluda is for teams that cannot afford to experiment recklessly. Security operations centres. Compliance departments. Regulated enterprises. Research labs. If your work requires an audit trail, Feluda was built for you.
Founders
Feluda.ai was founded by two cybersecurity professionals with complementary backgrounds: one rooted in infrastructure, network defence, and product architecture; the other in threat intelligence, malware research, and operational security.
Adrianus Warmenhoven is a Dutch cybersecurity expert with decades of experience across IT infrastructure, network defence, and security product development. He studied computer science and artificial intelligence at the University of Amsterdam and began his career as CTO of one of the first and largest internet service providers in the Netherlands, where he helped pioneer internet connectivity — including establishing satellite internet in countries like Tanzania in the 1990s.
Over the years Adrianus has served as Chief Information Security Officer at Tesorion, defence strategist at Nord Security, and technical product owner at the ethical-hacking platform Zerocopter. He is a cybersecurity advisor, spokesperson, and member of NordVPN's security advisory board. He is listed as inventor or co-inventor on 10 patents in the US patent office, covering data communication in virtual private networks, network vulnerability protection, and computer security incident reporting systems.
Adrianus has been an independent consultant on ICT, privacy, and large-scale infrastructure since 2010. He is a frequent media contributor — quoted by Global Finance Magazine, NordPass, and international broadcasters — and mentors aspiring cybersecurity professionals through MentorCruise. He has a particular interest in the impact of cyber threats on national security and has continuously helped Dutch governmental organisations in anti-cybercrime efforts.
Reza Rafati is a cybersecurity executive and threat-intelligence professional based in Rotterdam, with over a decade of experience spanning cyber threat intelligence, malware research, incident response, detection engineering, and AI-driven security automation.
Reza is the founder of Threat Intelligence Lab, a Dutch organisation focused on empowering companies to strengthen their cyber threat intelligence capabilities through automated malware analysis, intelligence enrichment, domain takedowns, and strategic advisory. He is also the founder of Cyberwarzone, an independent cybersecurity news and analysis platform that has served the security community since 2010.
Before founding his own companies, Reza held operational leadership roles at multiple security organisations. He served as CERT-GIB EU Lead and Threat Intelligence Specialist at Group-IB — coordinating incident response, breach notifications, and international takedowns across Europe. At Bitdefender he led threat intelligence operations and detection engineering following the acquisition of Redsocks, where he had previously built and led threat intelligence and malware intelligence teams, developed netflow-based monitoring tools, and designed an internal malware analysis environment at scale. He also served as Senior Incident Responder at Tesorion, supporting SOC teams and delivering executive briefings during active incidents.
Reza is an invited member of the EC-Council Global Advisory Board for Threat Intelligence, contributing to the development of worldwide CTI frameworks and certification standards. His research has been published by Group-IB, the University of Twente, and Cyberscoop, covering topics from phishing infrastructure dismantlement to dark-web hosting analysis.
What We Believe
Security Is Not Optional
Every AI workflow should be as secure as the systems it touches. Secrets stay encrypted. Data stays local. Audit logs are always on.
Governance First
If you cannot reproduce a result, explain a decision, or trace a data flow — your AI pipeline is not production-ready. Feluda makes governance the default, not an afterthought.
Desktop-First, Not Cloud-Only
Your machine, your models, your data. Feluda runs locally on Windows, macOS, and Linux — with no dependency on a cloud runtime to function.
Built in the Netherlands
Designed and developed from the Netherlands, with a strong focus on transparency, data sovereignty, and EU-aligned privacy principles.
From the Frontline to the Platform
Feluda's design comes directly from the operational realities of cybersecurity:
- Genes (sandboxed automation packages) work like intelligence modules — isolated, versioned, and auditable, so no single component can compromise the whole.
- Secrets are stored in your operating system's encrypted vault and injected at runtime. AI models never see credentials — they only see the results.
- The MCP server (Model Context Protocol) lets your IDE talk to Feluda directly, bringing AI-assisted workflows into the tools you already use.
- Session logging captures every prompt, response, tool call, and configuration change — the same level of traceability that incident responders demand.
These are not features added for marketing. They are the principles we enforced in every security operation we ran — now embedded into a platform anyone can use.
The Company
